The Paulaner Yinchuan features 250 indoor seating in typical charming Bavarian style with white wood table tops and dark brown chairs and benches which create traditional & warm Bavarian hospitality. Our "Gast-Stube' nestles arround the copper pots, pipining and the brewery with the Paulaner Schenke as the center piece.

There is an elevated seating area and a stage for our live music band. Rustic chandeliers and lamps are underlining a beautiful German Restaurant feeling. The red brick stone walls and a hundreds pictures of beer making and German Hospitality add warmth to the outled as well as the always smiling members of the team.

Beergarden

Our extensive and very inviting beergarden area with typical bavarian beergarden furniture is surrounded by lots of bushes, flowers and trees which are also common to Germany such as the Christmas Tree.

An enourmous water feature from a huge slate wall with a little pond infront is wonderfully integrated into the garden design. Water spills out from the top of the wall cascading down over the slate stones creating a pleasant and relaxing sound. The Paulaner Yinchuan faces to the South and to West with no obstruction. There is sunshine from the opening of the restaurant until dawn on the patio. You step out, kick back the sun is shining, a crispy chilled fresh beer under the big Paulaner umbrellas - It cannot get any better.

Kempinski Hotel

Paulaner Yinchuan is integrated in the newly build Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan which will open its door after the Grand Opening in July featuring Cafe Berlin, Kempi Deli, Lobby Lounge & Bar, Chinese Restaurant, Paulaner Braeuhaus, Meeting and Banquets facilities. A superior food and beverage experience will play a key role in the positioning of the product in Yinchuan for 2010.

The Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan will be perceived as a trendsetter in Yinchuan with the Culinary Department as key talents / personalities to promote. The adjecent mall will be part of a second face of the whole project which will be completed by the end of this year with an additional Italian Cafe Bar and another delightfull dining possibility both operated by Kempinski.
