Paulaner Yinchuan is proud to be the first Paulaner in the world serving traditional German specialties with no pork on the menu honoring the Muslim community in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

In our “Gaststüberl” our Executive Chef Gunnar Kuchenbecker prepares typical Bavarian “Schmankerln” such as veal knuckle, a great variety of sausages, roasts and warm pretzels. For a sweet finale an unforgettable warm apple strudel with vanilla ice cream makes you feel at home. With Bavarian tunes and crisp and freshly brewed Paulaner Beer, our guest will get inspired to lay back, indulge, enjoy and to cheer.

Our beautiful restaurant will have live music six days a week and will be part of the WM Championship campaign of Paulaner until the Finals are finished. The games will be broadcasted on a big screen in the middle of the restaurant.
