Introducing the team

John started his career with Paulaner Chengdu from 2004 onwards and was mentored by German chefs.
From July 2007, he takes charge of the whole Paulaner kitchen, making sure the dishes are truly Bavarian style.
He adds personal passion to his cooking.
All our regular guests are happy to meet him and
he takes pride to serve the best at all times. Guten Appetit!

Our brew master, Mr. Christian Liepke, is appointed by Paulaner and ensures that all of our beers are brewed according to the “German Law of Purity”- the oldest food law in the world.
He represents the authenticity and quality of the Paulaner beer.

Anita Wang is the Assistant Manager of our Paulaner Brauhaus.
Anita joined the Kempinski Hotel in Wuxi in 2009 and gained also experience in our Lobby Lounge.
Since August 2011 Anita takes care of our guests in the Paulaner Brauhaus and her team and herself are looking forward to welcome you!
