The style of cuisine is typically Bavarian, of course. The menu contains Munich specialities (PAULANER Classics) as well as popular international dishes and food trends.
To the surprise and delight of guests, dishes such as hog roast and pork knuckle are served in cast iron pans and Bavarian snacks are presented on wooden boards.
In order to be able to offer our guests continuously, proven quality, identical recipes are used in all brewhouses and applied according to Bavarian standards. The recipes for sausages, for example, are constantly refined in Munich: in accordance with Bavarian traditions and tastes, imported for you directly in unadulterated form.
The Paulaner brewmaster guarantees the quality of all self-brewed beers.
Our restaurant is pleased to serve you a wide selection of hot Bavarian and Munich typical dishes as well as other items from our “Speisekarte,” from 5:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. every day of the week.

John started his career with Paulaner Chengdu from 2004 onwards and was mentored by German chefs.From July 2007, he takes charge of the whole Paulaner kitchen , making sure the dishes are truly Bavarian style.
He adds personal passion to his cooking. All our regular guests are happy to meet him and he takes pride to serve the best at all times. Bon Apetit!
