Our Promise

The style of cuisine is typically Bavarian, of course. The menu contains Munich specialities (PAULANER Classics) as well as popular international dishes and food trends. To the surprise and delight of guests, dishes such as the German sausages are served in cast iron pans and Bavarian snacks are presented on wooden boards.

In order to be able to offer our guests continuous, proven quality, identical recipes are used in all brewhouses and applied according to Bavarian standards. The recipes for sausages, for example, are constantly refined in Munich: in accordance with Bavarian traditions and tastes, imported for you directly in unadulterated form.
