Join us as we celebrate traditional Bavarian celebrations throughout 2011 here at Paulaner Bräuhaus Singapore!
Be it the launch of Salvator brew (the dark and stronger Monk’s brew in spring) or the traditional ‘Maibock’ celebration in the transitional month of May, we offer specially-brewed beers and hearty cuisine to match every occasion.
Of course, no party matches that of Oktoberfests’ popularity. So come on down and get yourself a stronger than usual Paulaner beer brewed and aged just for this Fest. You won't want to miss it!

Alex Buchner
Alex is posing on the mountain top of the Alpspitze with Germany`s highest mountain - the Zugspitze (2.962 meters high) - in the background. He oversees the Brauhaus where he has been working at for more than 10 years.
If not in the office organizing your next `annual Maifest` you`ll find him by the bar sampling some product to make sure it`s in accordance to Munich`s finest art of brewing since 1634.
