All of our beers are brewed according to the “German Law of Purity”- the oldest food law in the world, which means the highest standards of quality found in a beer, just as it is prepared in Munich, Germany.

Paulaner Shenyang Bräuhaus and Restaurant offer the most authentic German beers, including:

Munich Lager:

4,9% volume alcohol and 12% stammwuerze –unfiltered and unpasteurised, this is a bright, golden brew with a smooth harmonised taste between hops and malt flavours

Munich Dark (also known as “Dunkel”):

5,0% volume alcohol and 12,3% stammwuerze – the speciality of Munich, with a full body and special malt flavour
