The first of the Paulaner restaurants to open, Paulaner @ Fen Yang Road combines traditional Bavarian design elements like large, wooden tables and stained church glass into a colonial-heritage style building typical of its surroundings. This outlet seats 460 guests indoors and an additional 64 in our Beer Garden.

In the Paulaner @ Fen Yang Road traditional Beer Garden, guests are invited to settle into a sunny spot or relax in the shade of our surrounding trees near our Paulaner fountain. Especially nice in the warmer months, there are few better places to relax wtih a freshly brewed beer in Shanghai's French Concession.

Our Xintiandi location is in Shanghai’s premium entertainment area. This 2-story 19th century “Shikumen” house (English stone gate) can seat 400 guests indoors, and includes a VIP room, as well as an additional 158 seats on the terrace and Beer Garden. Original interior elements like the wooden floor and European antiques create a typical Bavarian barn house atmosphere.

In Xintiandi’s pedestrian area, soak up the surroundings on our terrace or beer garden.

Our Binjiang location, along the Riverside in Pudong, holds 280 guests indoors and 160 on our terrace. A unique glass façade illuminates the entryway into an interior of European antiques, wooden tables and organ pipes.

Because Paulaner @ Binjang’s terrace is located right alongside the Pudong Riverside, we offer one of the most stunning and unobstructed views of Shanghai's iconic Bund.

Paulaner Bräuhaus Shanghai @ Expo opened in 2010, becoming the largest Paulaner venue in Shanghai. The first and second floors of a former distillery are home to Paulaner @ Expo and its microbrewery and BLN Restaurants & Caterings carefully restored this old building to serve as both a reminder and relic of the district's industrial past. Although large, guests will still get a feel for our restaurant's rustic charm through its traditional décor.

The Beer Garden at Paulaner @ Expo is one of the largest in Shanghai, seating up to 240 guests. Removed from downtown Shanghai, it is a tranquil and serene oasis, where guests can enjoy their favorite Paulaner Beers, all freshly brewed in our state of the art onsite microbrewery
