Paulaner Head Chef

Paulaner Executive Chef Stefan Poguntke brings with him an excellent culinary pedigree. He is responsible for maintaining the high standards and reputation of the classic German cuisine served at Paulaner Bräuhaus. Stefan Poguntke started his career in the Augustiner Brauerei , Munich.

From there he left Germany to gain working experiences France and America, after which he went back to Germany were he worked at Paulaner Brauhaus Kapuzinerplatz, Munich. As a next step in his career, Stefan Poguntke relocated to China where he was been working as the Executive Chef at Paulaner Brauhaus Nanjing, Chef at Paulaner Brauhaus Beijing, before he joined the Paulaner Brauhaus Guangzhou team as Executive Chef.

Paulaner Brewmaster

Our Master brewer, Mr. Stefan Frank, is in the brewery business for more then 20 years and used to work at Paulaner Brewhouses all over China including Beijing, Dalian, Nanjing, Sanya and Guangzhou.
