Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Paulaner Bräuhaus in order to meet business requirements and clients’ satisfaction whilst ensuring adherence to service standards and operating procedures.
Specifications: 1. Must have 3-5 years experience in a progressively more responsible food and beverage positions with at least one year’s experience as an Asst. Restaurant Manager. 2. An innovative, creative, practical person. 3. Bilingual (German / English) with excellent command of English language. 4. Must possess a high energy level and have stamina to accomplish tasks and projects under pressure of time. 5. Working knowledge of computer software such as: Words, Excel, Windows. 6.
