We are pleased to introduce to you our Paulaner Bräuhaus Restaurant Manager, Mr. Alvin Song and our Head Chef, Mr. Jimmy Chi who work hard to make your experience at our restaurant and micro-brewery a positive and enjoyable one.


Restaurant Manager:

Mr. Alvin Song has been providing high standards of customer service and hospitality in various restaurants for over seven years.


Head Chef

Our Head Chef, Mr. Jimmy Chi, is a professional with ten years work experience in the kitchen, having worked with Inter-continental, Shangri-La and Kempinski Hotel Management as Western Sous Chef.
