When it comes down to service and detail, Mr. Alvin Song is ready to provide. He graduated from the Sichuan High Institute of Cuisine and has trained at the Lycee Hotelier du Touquet and the Original Paulaner Bräuhaus in Germany. His team will ensure your experience is one that brings Bavaria straight to your table. With over seven years of experience there is no better manager our Paulaner could ask for.

Mr. Marco Zhao is the master behind the culinary creations that will have you coming back for more. Choosing Western Cuisine as his major, Marco graduated from the Sichuan High Institute of Cuisine. With 3 years of experience as Sous Chef for a German Head Chef and with cross training in Paulaner Bräuhaus in Germany, Marco can create the tastiest of Bavarian and German cuisine.

Our Brewmaster, Mr. Benjamin "Benni Brew" Erdmann and his Brewing Assistant Mr. Tom Yang are the team responsible for every drop of beer that makes it to your table.

Mr. Benjamin Erdmann, from Munich, Bavaria, has brewed for seven years learning every skill a brewmaster needs to serve only the best. He graduated from the Beer University of Weihenstephan.

Mr Tom Yang, from Chengdu, China graduated in 1994 from the Brewer-School of Wuhan, which was founded in cooperation with the well known Bavarian Brewmaster-School "Doemens".
Since then, he has brewed for several important breweries and brings over 16 years of working experience to our Bräuhaus. He has been a part of our team since our opening in 2004.
