Our Promise

The style of cuisine is typically Bavarian, of course. The menu contains Munich specialities (PAULANER Classics) as well as popular international dishes and food trends. We stay as close as possible to the traditional recipes to ensure that your experience is one that you would get in Bavaria.

In order to be able to offer our guests continuous, proven quality, identical recipes are used in all brewhouses and applied according to Bavarian standards. The recipes for sausages, for example, are constantly refined in Munich. Our Master Butcher prepares all sausages as laid out in these recipes in house keeping the Bavarian traditions alive.

We are pleased to serve you a wide selection of quality Bavarian dishes and other items from our “Speisekarte,” during this time.

While we do not serve lunch, our dinner menu is available until 23:00. After 23:00 a smaller late-night menu and snacks of Sichuan flavours are offered.
