Our Beers

Paulaner Beijing Bräuhaus offers the most authentic German beers year-round, including Paulaner Lager (12,0% original gravity, 5,0% volume alcohol), Munich Dark, or “Dunkel” (12,3% original gravity, 5,3% volume alcohol) and as of this Spring 2009 we are also pleased to now offer the popular “Weiss” beer – a naturally cloudy, quality wheat beer (unfiltered and unpasteurized).

We also offer you the opportunity to try traditional German seasonal brews like Salvator “Starkbier” (or “strong beer”), Maybock, Oktoberfestbier, and “Weihnachtsfestbier.”
