Welcome to Paulaner Bräuhaus Guangzhou!

Paulaner Bräuhaus Guangzhou is proud to be the new member in the world famous Paulaner Bräuhaus family and to open in a top location in Guangzhou’s Taikoo Hui complex on 14th October 2011. Our experienced Brewmaster Stefan Frank will brew fresh Paulaner beer on site following original recipes and Executive Chef Stefan Poguntke will prepare authentic Bavarian cuisine such as the popular pork knuckles, sausages and specialties like Wiener Schnitzel to provide a true Munich experience.

Enjoy the Paulaner Bräuhaus atmosphere inside the restaurant with live music or in the beautiful biergarten outdoors featuring a specially imported Paulaner fountain. Of course the Paulaner Bräuhaus Guangzhou will also host great events like the Oktoberfest with the specially brewed Festbier in autumn.
